Bursaspor manager Ertuğrul Sağlam has confirmed that Fernandao and Şener Özbayraklı have agreed terms with Fenerbahce and are likely this summer.
The newly appointed manager revealed the news in an interview with the Turkish channel 360.
“Both players [Fernandao and Şener] are close to completing a move to Fenerbahce,” Ertuğrul told 360.
“I doubt they will return to the club. While nothing is certain yet, I know Şener has agreed terms with Fenerbahce and Fernandao is very close to signing as well.”
Özbayraklı has six assists in 39 appearances for Bursaspor in all competitions this season.
The powerful striker has scored the highest number of goals in the league this season – 22.
The 28-year-old striker has a total of 26 goals and eight assists in all competitions this season. Only Beşiktaş striker Demba Ba has scored more in all competitions (27) although he has scored four less in the league.
Fernandao scored in the 3-2 defeat against Galatasaray in the Turkish Cup final.
