Everton offer €2 million per season deal for Veli Kavlak

Everton have offered Besiktas’s hard working midfielder Veli Kavlak a four year contract.
According to the Turkish newspaper Milliyet, Everton have offered Kavlak €2 million per season until 2019.
Besiktas have been in negotiations with the Austrian international but are unwilling to offer over €1.5 million per season.
The hard working midfielder has also been linked with Lazio and Fenerbahce in recent weeks.
Kavlak was born in Austria but is also a Turkish citizen through his parents.
The 25-year-old joined Beşiktaş for £600,000 from Rapid Vienna in 2011 and has seven goals and 14 assists in 122 appearances for the Black Eagles.
