Everton are set to make a summer bid for Fenerbahçe midfielder Diego Ribas according to Radyospor.
The Toffees are reported to be planning a replacement for Ross Barkley if Manchester City sign the England international in the summer.
The Metro have reported that City are expected to make a £75 million bid for Barkley and Jack Wilshere.
The Sun Newspaper also recently revealed that Everton and Aston Villa are interested in Diego.
The Brazilian international joined Fenerbahce on a free-transfer at the start of the season.
The experienced midfielder was part of the Atletico Madrid side that won the La Liga title and reached the UEFA Champions League final last season.
Diego has scored two goals and made four assists in 23 appearances for the Yellow Canaries this season.
The 30-year-old has, featured in the Canaries last 11 league games but has complained about failing to secure a regular first-team place.
Diego has also underlined that he is being played out of position at the team.
