'Everybody should be interested' in Man Utd & Chelsea target says Andy Brassel

Atletico Madrid winger Arda Turan should be on every clubs shopping list according to football journalist Andy Brassel.

“Everyone should be interested in him, including Chelsea,” Brassel told TalkSport.

“This guy is an unbelievable player.

“He made a huge difference in those even Madrid derbies that Atletico won. He’s got great energy and is adaptable.”

Brassel also stated that Turan would fit in well at Premier League giants Manchester United.

“He wants to come to the Premier League and my gut feeling tells me [he’ll move to] Manchester United. They’re the most likely and that’s the fit for him,” he added.

The Turkish international has been closely linked with a Premier League move following his agent Ahmet Bulut revealing his player would be leaving Spain.

Bulut also underlined that he has been in talks with three English clubs and that Turan wants to play in the Premiership next season.

“He intends to leave Spain this summer. It is his will to go out to play in the Premiership, that is where he would like to continue his career at this time,” Bulut told AS.

“His departure from Atletico is not easy because he has a clause of €41m. There are ongoing talks with three teams at the moment. I cannot say their names, but they are the best of England and European football.”

Chelsea are also reported to be in talks with the 28-year-old winger and Turan did reveal he was in London looking for property last March.

The Atleti star still has two-years left on his current deal and a release clause worth €41 million.
