Emre Can played the full 90 minutes in Germany U21’s humiliating 5-0 thrashing at the hands of Portugal U21’s in the 2015 UEFA European Under-21 Championship semi finals.

Portugal U21’s were 3-0 up at half-time following goals from Bernardo Silva, Ricardo and Ivan Cavaleiro. Joao Mario and Joao Cancelo’s completed the rout in the second half.
Emre Can’s side were unable to register on the scoresheet. Portugal now play Sweden in Prague in the final on 30 June.
The Liverpool star received a rating of 5.96 for his performance on the night. Can managed to make three tackles, two interception and no clearances.
The 21-year-old made just 49 passes from midfield and maintained a passing accuracy of 81.6%, the lowest in Germany’s midfield.
