Mesut Ozil was the star of the show during Arsenal’s clash with Bournemouth yesterday evening.
The Gunners recorded a 2-0 victory over the newly promoted side taking them to the top of the table.
Ozil provided the assist for Gabriel’s opener. The Germany international went onto score his sides second goal which secured all three points.
The 27-year-old has provided 16 assists in 17 league games which is not only the best record in England but also the top five leagues in Europe including Spain, France, Germany and Italy.
Arsenal could end the week on top of the table if Leicester City drop points against Manchester City tomorrow. The Gunners take on Newcastle United this weekend.
