Fenerbahçe are keeping close tabs on Stoke City striker Marko Arnautovic according to the Takvim newspaper.

The report claims that the Yellow Canaries scouting team recommended the Austrian international to the club transfer committee.

Fenerbahçe have added Arnautovic to their shortlist and could be tempted into making a move over the summer transfer window.

Arnautovic recently cast doubt over his Stoke City future after rejecting the latest contract offer from the Premier League outfit.

The Guardian report that Arnautovic turned down the initial offer from the club and is demanding wages above the Potters wage ceiling.

The 26-year-old does still have another 18-months remaining on his contract and is Stoke’s leading scorer with seven goals this season.

Stoke paid £2 million for the in-form forward when they transferred him from Bundesliga side Werder Bremen in September 2013.

Fenerbahçe are currently second in the Turkish Super League just one point behind leaders Beşiktaş and already have three Premier League players at the club – Van Persie, Nani and Lazar Markovic.
