Fenerbahce linked with BATE Borisov defender Egor Filipenko

Fenerbahce have been linked with the BATE Borisov centre back Egor Filipenko.
The Istanbul Giants who currently have Bruno Alves, Kadlec, Egemen Korkmaz, Bekir and Serdar Kesimal in their squad are looking to strengthen in January.
According to reports in the Belarus and Russian media, the 26-year-old defender is close to completing a move to Fenerbahce.
The 1.94cm tall centre back is known for his ariel ability and positioning.
Fenerbahce are aiming to lower the average age of their squad in the upcoming transfer window and strengthen ahead of next seasons European campaign.
Filipenko has made 27 appearances for BATE Borisov this season.
