Fenerbahce’s Alper Potuk a doubt for Trabzonspor clash

Fenerbahce’s in-form midfielder Alper Pokuk is a doubt for this weekend’s Turkish Super Lig clash with Trabzonspor at the Sukru Saracoglu stadium.
The Istanbul Giants kicked off preparations for the crucial encounter against their rivals this morning at 09:00 GMT. Manager Ismail Kartal lead training which was open to the press.
Emre Belözoğlu took part in light training while Potuk missed the morning session. Hasan Ali Kaldırım, Gökhan Gönül and Raul Meireles have recovered from their injuries and returned to first team training today.

Potuk has scored two goals in 20 appearances for Fenerbahce this season.

Trabzonspor find themselves in sixth place and are 13 points behind the Istanbul giants.
Fenerbahce take on Trabzonspor on Saturday at 17:00 GMT.
