Fernando Muslera called up to Uruguay squad which will face Morocco

Fernando Muslera has been called up to the Uruguay national team by manager Óscar Tabárez.

The La Celeste take on Morocco in an international friendly on March 28. The squad will begin their training camp on March 22.

Muslera has conceded 41 goals and kept six clean sheets in 25 games this season for Galatasaray.

The 27-year-old played an integral role in the Lion’s back-to-back title winning seasons – 2011-13.

The Uruguayan international has also won the Copa America and finished the 2010 World Cup in fourth place for Uruguay.
