The former Fenerbahce manager Ersun Yanal has been linked with Trabzonspor.
Trabzonspor president İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu is understood to be unhappy with the performance of his manager Vahid Halilhodzic and is lining up potential replacements if the teams form does not improve in the coming weeks.
Hacıosmanoğlu is far from happy with the teams position in the league following the 22 transfers made in the summer.
Yanal has been tipped as the front runner for the job if Hacıosmanoğlu decides to terminate Halilhodzic’s contract.
Trabzonspor currently sit in 12th place in the Super League with only one win in eight games.
Yanal lead Fenerbahce to the league title last season.
