Galatasaray join Tottenham in race for Bundesliga ace

Galatasaray have joined Tottenham in the race to sign Yunus Malli according to the Milliyet newspaper.

The daily Turkish paper claim that the Turkish international is on Galatasaray’s list of summer targets.

However, given Galatasaray’s current financial position, and Malli’s valuation at around €10 million, it is hard to see how this transfer could happen.

The German tabloid Sport Bild has reported that Tottenham are interested in signing the Turkish international who has had an excellent season so far.

Tottenham had scouts present at Maniz’s game against Hanover 96 recently according to Tutto Mercatto.

Malli played for the Germany U21 side as a youth but has decided to switch allegiances and represent the country of his parents.

The attacking midfielder is expected to be called up to the Turkish national team for the European Championships in France over the summer.

Malli midfielder has ten goals and has provided five assist in 32 appearances for Maniz this season.
