Gaziantepspor crashed out of Turkish Cup despite a 3-1 derby win over Gaziantep BB.
The Falcons finished Group B on 8 points in third place.
Gaziantep BB have also bee eliminated from the cup after losing five of their six games in Group B.
Süper Lig outfit Sivasspor and lower league Tuzlaspor secured a place in the next round of the cup.
Gaziantepspor lost against Sivasspor in the cup last week and in the league a few days later.
Despite an early cup exist Gaziantepspor remain in good form in the league. The Falcons have exceeded expectations so far and are in a comfortable 7th position.
Okan Buruk’s side have managed to win 24 points from 18 games this season.
The Falcons have only conceded 24 times but have struggled in attack. Buruk’s have only scored 20 goals all season, only relegation battlers Sivasspor and league strugglers Konyaspor have scored fewer goals.
