Gaziantepspor reluctant to part ways with Muhammet Demir [divider]
Gaziantepspor president Ibrahim Kızıl has revealed that he wants to keep hold of striker Muhammet Demir.
“There are a lot of clubs interested in Muhammet Demir but we want to keep him here,” Kızıl said.
“We will discuss the matter with head coach Okan Buruk.
“If a really good offer comes in we may consider but otherwise he will be staying here.
“Who is going to replace him if he goes? he is a great talent and still has a lot more to give the club.”
The 22-year-old striker has two and a half years remaining on his contract.
The Turkish international has made one assist and scored six goals in 15 appearances for Gaziantepspor this season.
