Gaziantepspor target Hugo Almeida

Gaziantepspor have been linked with a move for the the out-of-contract striker Hugo Almeida.
According Eurosport TR, Gaziantepspor are in a race with Bursaspor to seal the experienced strikers contract. The Falcons are keen to bolster their attacking options after parting company with Kevin Costly and İbrahim Akın in January.
The report goes onto say that Gaziantepspor have established contact with Almeida’s agent and have offered the striker a one and a half year deal.

Hugo Almeida is currently a free agent after Cesena terminated his contract after just three months. Cesena released a statement on their official website confirming that the had parted company with the 30-year-old striker.
Almeida made nine appearances for Cesena this season but failed to find the mack of the net. Cesena currently find themselves in 19. place in the league with one win, six draws and 12 defeats this season.
Almeida has also been linked with moves to Fiorentina, Bursaspor and Balikesirspor in recent weeks.
