Gençlerbirliği have continued their preparations today for this weekends clash with Akhisar Belediyespor in Turkish Super Lig.
Manager Mesut Bakkal lead the training session at the Beştepe İlhan Cavcav this morning. Doğa Kaya, Nizamettin Çalışkan and Özgür Ileri all missed training due to injuries.
The Ankara based side will be in a buoyant mood as they are coming off the back of a 3-0 victory away to Gaziantepspor.
Mesut Bakkal’s side have moved up to 8th place with 39 points in 29 games. Gençler host an out-of-form Akhisar on Saturday, kick-off is at 11:00 (GMT).

Akhisar have lost back to back games in the league and are without a victory in their last three. Roberto Carlos’ side have slipped down to 13th place with 33 points in 29 games.
The Akigolar were defeated 2-0 by Galatasaray at home last weekend.
