Group D Expected Lineups: Walcott set for Arsenal return, Sneijder to start for Lions

Cesare Prandelli is expected to make a few changes to the team that beat Fenerbahçe 2-1 in the Intercontinental derby.

Prandelli has shifted away from the 3-5-2 setup which ended in a disastrous 4-1 defeat to Arsenal in the last round of games.

Galatasaray are expected to play a 4-3-2-1 formation against Dortmund with Alex Telles replacing Veysel Sarı and Pandev, Bruma and Olcan Adın are in contention to play alongside Wesley Sneijder behind striker Burak Yılmaz.

The midfield trio is likely to remain unchanged with Felipe Melo, Selçuk and Dzemaili all expected to start however, Hamit Altıntop may get the nod ahead of the Swiss international.

Galatasaray face no major injury concerns, Dortmund on the other hand are in a bit of a crisis. Nuri Şahin (knee), Marcel Schmelzer (hand). In Doubt: Jakob Błaszczykowski (thigh), Erik Durm (thigh), Oliver Kirch (thigh) are all injured.

Jurgen Klopp will however, be able to call upon İlkay Gündoğan finally back from an extended injury, while Marco Reus and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are also available.

Borussia Dortmund: Weidenfeller, Piszczek, Sokratis, Hummels, Grosskreutz, Bender, Kehl, Mkhitaryan, Kagawa, Reus, Ramos

In the other Group D game Arsenal are also facing an injury crisis. Mesut Özil, Olivier Giroud, Mathieu Debuchy and Laurent Koscielny are all out.

To make matters worse Wojciech Szczesny is suspended while back-up David Ospina is injured, meaning Argentine youngster Emiliano Martinez is likely to start in Belgium.

Arsene Wenger will however, welcome the return of Aaron Ramsey and Mikel Arteta to his midfield and Theo Walcott could also make his first appearance after a length injury.

The Gunners are currently second in the group on four points, Dortmund are first with six and Galatasaray as well as Anderlecht have just one point from their opening two games.
