The 23-year-old has only made two appearances all season and started just once in the Turkish Cup.
Beşiktaş will also be without Veli Kavlak who is suspended.
Atiba Hutchinson and Jose Sosa have recovered from injury and will start as will Czech Republic international Tomas Sivok.
Sivok will start for the first time in five months against Başakşehir. The experienced defender has struggled with injuries this season but has made a full recovery.
