Hamzaoglu disappointed with Burak Yilmaz and Umut Bulut [divider]
Galatasaray manager Hamza Hamzaoğlu revealed that he was disappointed with Burak Yılmaz and Umut Bulut following the 1-1 draw against Gençlerbirliği.
“Burak and Umut need to help the team out more, they must offer more and support their teammates,” Hamzaoğlu said.
“Both of them start becoming anonymous at stages in the game, they need to improve their conditioning.
“There were several mistakes but in a game where I made mistakes it is natural for the players to make mistakes and I will not come down on them too hard.
“We lost two points, we will make them back but what is important is to move forward now and learn from our mistakes.
“It will make us all stronger in the long run if we learn from this.”
Yılmaz provided Emre Çolak with the assist for his goal in the first half. The Turkish international now has 12 goals and two assists in all competitions this season.
Bulut has five goals and two assists in all competitions this season.
