Hamzaoglu pleased with Sinan Gumus scoring first Galatasaray goal [divider]
Galatasaray manager Hamza Hamzaoğlu praised Sinan Gümüş for his performance and goals in the Lions 9-1 win against Balçova.
“Sinan has a lot of potential, scoring will have done the world of good for his morale,” Hamzaoğlu said.
“This was a good chance for players on the fringes of the team and our youth players to go and prove themselves.
“Sinan made the most of this opportunity and did a great job.
“I want to thank everyone for showing what they are capable of they all deserve praise.”
The young winger scored his first goal for Galatasaray against Balçova and also provided two assists.
Gümüş joined Galatasaray from Stuttgart this summer on a free transfer.
The 20-year-old winger signed a five-year deal with the Lions but has yet to play any first-team football in the Süper Lig.
