Hurriyet Gucer & Toko expected to miss Besiktas game [divider]

Eskişehirspor take on Beşiktaş in the Süper Lig Round of 21 at the Atatürk stadium on Sunday 22 February.

EsEs could be missing a number of key players including Hürriyet Gücer, Toko and Ömer Şişmanoğlu the club revealed in a statement released today.

The statement read: “Hürriyet will return to training next Wednesday, Ömer Şişmanoğlu will undergo medical tests on on Monday and Tuesday. Toko has been ruled out with injury for three weeks.”

Eskişehirspor could also be without goalkeeper Ruud Boffin as well as Sezer Öztürk, Diego Angelo, Mustafa Yumlu, Raheem Lawal and İbrahim Sissok who are all injury doubts.

EsEs are currently in 15th place in the Süper Lig just one spot above the relegation zone.

Beşiktaş are currently 1st in the league on 47 points after 20 games but have struggled against EsEs on the road in the past.

The Black Eagles have lost 12 out of the 29 games played against EsEs away from home.

The Istanbul giants face Liverpool in the Europa League Round of 32 return leg days after the EsEs clash.
