Nani has been closely linked with a move to Mancheser United over the past week but the latest repot from the Turkish Super Lig broadcaster claims that the Italian giants are also interested.
Inter boss Roberto Mancini has already signed Caner Erkin from Fenerbahce this summer and Nani would be the second player to join if he were to make the move.
Mancini is familiar with the Turkish league having coached Fenerbahce rivals Galatasaray in the past.
One of Turkey’s largest media groups DHA meanwhile have reported that United have agreed personal terms with Nani.
Nani has an €8 million release clause option for clubs from the Premier League, La Liga and Serie A.
The Portuguese international joined Fenerbahce on a €6 million move from United last summer on a three-year deal.
Nani went onto score 13 goals and provide 12 assists in 46 appearances for Fenerbahce in his debut season.
