Johan Elmander has confirmed to the Swedish newspaper expressen that an offer has been made for him.

Turkish sides Balikesirspor and Şanlıurfaspor have been linked with the Swedish international.

There have been allot of reports in the media.  My club Brondby have received an offer,” Elmander stated.

“However, I am fully concentrated on playing for Brondby. I have not been able to play for the past month.

“I have only been able to participate in light training and I want to return to my full strength.

“My aim is to return to full fitness and help my club.”

Elmander joined Brondby on a free transfer in the summer.

The 33-year-old striker has one goal and one assist in 13 appearances this season.
