Karabükspor manager Tolunay Kafkas revealed that he was delighted with the 3-2 win against Bursaspor.

“We beat one of the best teams in Turkey, definitely one of the best Anatolian sides in terms of quality and form,” Kafkas said.

“We need to use this victory to move forwards, hopefully the players will be more motivated after this.

“I want to thank the fans for giving us fantastic support today.”

However, Kafkas also underlined his disappointment at Mabiala getting sent off.

“It was a heated game, we really came alive in the second half but the red card was disappointing,” Kafkas said.

“We almost jeopardised everything with that stupid challenge.”

Karabükspor put an end to Bursaspor’s seven match unbeaten run in the Süper Lig.

The Steelers moved into 13th place on 14 points following the win and face Eskişehirspor next week.
