Konyaspor need to put an end to poor run says Kocaman [divider]
Konyaspor manager Aykut Kocaman underlined that his side must start performing better and put an end to their poor run of form following the 2-0 loss against Gençlerbirliği in the Turkish Cup.
“I really hope we snap out of this poor run of form fast,” Kocaman said.
“The Turkish Cup is important for us, it is a competition we must take seriously and we really have to do better.
“We have big goals but the loss against Galatasaray really hurt some of the players morale.
“We did actually play well against Gençlerbirliği and got into a number of dangerous goal scoring positions but lacked the confidence and quality in front of goal.
“Now it is time to stop dwelling on the past and start moving forward.”
Konyaspor are bottom of Group H after losing both their cup games.
