La Liga giants strike €8.5m deal for Man Utd & Liverpool target

Valencia have taken another step towards signing Fenerbahce’s winger Luis Nani after meeting the Portugal international’s minimum fee release clause.

NTVSpor have reported that Valencia have matched the €8.5 million clause in Nani’s contract.

Valencia are however, expected to face competition from Liverpool and Everton according to Fanatik.

Manchester United meanwhile understood to have agreed personal terms with Nani according to Turkish media outlet DHA.

Nani’s agent Lucas Brascherini recently confirmed that Nani is considering leaving Fenerbahce after Euro 2016. The Portugal international is reported to be unhappy at Fenerbahce after a falling out with head coach Vitor Pereira.

“Nani will make a decision on his future once he is back but he is looking to leave Fenerbahce,” Brascherini was quoted as saying by AS.

Nani is once again expected to start when Portugal take on Poland in the Euro 2016 quarter-finals. The flamboyant winger has already scored two goals in France this summer.
