Liverpool stunned Borussia Dortmund coming back from two goals down to beat the Bundesliga outfit 4-3 at Anfield.
Emre Can started for Liverpool and put on an impressive performance providing the assist for the Reds opening goal just after the half time whistle.
Can was at his swashbuckling best in midfield pulling off key tackles and interceptions. No other player has made as many tackles as the 22-year-old in the entire tournament this season.
Emre Can has won 27 tackles in the Europa League this season, 2 more than any other player.

This pretty much sums up Can’s passion. Despite having to be taken off injured he celebrated with the goal with among the fans with a bandaged foot.

Can was praised for his assist.
Origi goal was superb, brilliant passing. Role of Emre Can in that goal was huge, every pass going back to him and then getting the assist.

Some thought Can looked a little on the chubby side.
Emre Can with a lovely pass for that goal, made all the better by him looking like he's had a baguette at half time.

The one downside of the game was that Can picked up an injury. The severity of his injury blow is not yet known but Reds fans will be hoping it is not too serious.
Enjoyed that finish #LFCBVB , hope emre can not badly injured , he's probably our most important player at the minute
