Emre Can played the full 90 minutes in Liverpool’s disappointing defeat at the hands of West Ham United.
Slaven Bilic recorded his third successive victory over the Reds following their 2-0 win at West Ham at Upton Park.
Can started for Liverpool and put in a typical hard-working performance. The 21-year-old completed the highest number of passes for his side (78) but at a disappointing 79 percent accuracy.
The Germany international also contributed to attacking moves and was the main creative outlet pulling off six key passes and he even hit the post.
Liverpool take on Stoke City in the semi-final’s of the League Cup on Tuesday and face Exeter City is the FA Cup next weekend.
Can has provided one assist and one goal in 27 appearances for Liverpool this season.
