Emre Can made his 39th appearance for Liverpool today as the Merseyside club took on Stoke City in the 38th week of the Premier League.
Liverpool were defeated by a 6-1 scoreline at home on their captain Steven Gerrard’s final game at Anfield.
Emre Can started at right-back again and put on a good defensive performance The 21-year-old made eight tackles, one interception and four clearances.
The Germany U21 international also made a total of 67 passes and maintained a passing accuracy of 83.6%.
