Liverpool star Emre Can has taken to social media to congratulate the German U21 side upon their qualification to the semi finals of the 2015 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.

Can has played a staring role in the competition scoring a goal and providing an assist in the three games he has started.
The 21-year-old posted a picture of his teammates celebrating on Instagram along with the caption , “Olympia EM Halbfinale #U21 #EM #Prag.”
Germany have qualified to the Semi Finals after finishing second in group A behind Denmark U21. Emre Can’s side will take on the winner of Group B.
Portugal are currently first in Group B with four points in two games and can guarantee top spot with a victory against Sweden today.
The Liverpool star made a total of 27 appearances for the Premier League outfit this season and also featured in the FA Cup and Europa League.
