Liverpool target Llorente in talks with Besiktas

Juventus striker Llorente is in talks with Beşiktaş according to NTV Spor. The Black Eagles are reported to have made the Spanish international striker an offer via his agent.

NTV Spor claim that Llorente rejected the Istanbul giants initial offer but that negotiations are ongoing.

The Spanish international still has another two-years left on his contract with the Serie A champions but is expected to leave over the summer transfer window.

Beşiktaş have also been in talks with Hull City striker Dame N’Doye, Chelsea forward Loic Remy and Fiorentina poacher Mario Gomez.

The Black Eagles are in the transfer market for a striker after Demba Ba was snapped up on a €14 million transfer by Chinese giants Shanghai Shenhua.

The Istanbul giants only have two remaining strikers in Cenk Tosun and Mustafa Pektemek.

Liverpool are also reported to be interested in signing Llorente but Tottenham are also targeting the 30-year-old according to the Mirror.
