Lille defender Simon Kjaer has arrived in Istanbul, Turkey ahead of talks with Fenerbahçe.
Kjaer landed at the Atatürk airport and is expected to enter the final stage of negotiations according to Hurriyet.
The 26-year-old defender is reported to have reach an agreement-in-principle with Fenerbahçe.
The Yellow Canaries could face competition from Liverpool according to L’Équipe for the Czech Republic international.
The Istanbul giants are planning to strengthen their squad ahead of next seasons UEFA Champions League play-off round.
Fenerbahçe recently appointed Giuliano Terrano as the clubs director of football and Vitor Pereira as manager on a two-year deal last week.
Kjaer joined Lille on a £2.2 million move from Wolfsburg in 2013 and had a total of three goals in 42 appearances for the Ligue 1 side last season.
The Denmark international still has two-years left on his current deal with Lille.
The experienced defender has two goals in 50 international caps for Denmark.
