Liverpool youngster Samed Yesil returns to training following injury [divider]

Liverpool forward Samed Yeşil has returned to training after recovering from a double cruciate ligament injury.

The 20-year-old shared an image on his Instagram account along side the caption, “Back in training #elhamdulillah #happy #lfc #ynwa.”

Yeşil is pictured wearing his training kit and football boots.

The Liverpool youngster has returned to the U-21 side after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament for the second time in a year in January 2014.

Liverpool signed Yeşil from Bayer Leverkusen for €1 million last season but he has spent much of his time in England out injured.

Emre Can also joined from Bayer on a £9.75 million move in the summer and like Yeşil was born in Germany to Turkish parents.

The 20-year-old is eligible to represent both his country of birth and Turkey at senior international level.

Yeşil originates from the northwestern Black Sea province of Trabzon in Turkey.
