Man Utd is Jose Mourinho's dream job says Nani

Nani

The former Fenerbahce winger Luis Nani has stated that Jose Mourinho has always dreamed about being Manchester United manager.

Mourinho was appointed as Red Devils boss earlier this summer in place of an unpopular Louis van Gaal. The Portugal international went onto say that will be ‘much better’ under Mourinho

“Mourinho said a long time ago his dream is to represent Manchester United, so everyone was expecting that one day he would become coach,” Nani was quited as saying by the Express.

“Now is the time, so we will see how he is going to get on.

“He is an ambitious coach who always wants to win, he will 100 percent prepare a team that will be much better than in recent years. He will try to win titles.”

Mourinho is tasked with turning things around after a disappointing spell for United since Sir Alex Ferguson’s departure. Man Utd have won just one major trophy since Ferguson retired as manager back in 2013.

Nani left Fenerbahce earlier this summer to join the La Liga giants Valencia.
