Man Utd striker expected to make debut against Turkish giants

Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic could end up making his unofficial derby against Galatasaray according to the official Red Devils website.

Ibrahimovic has already had the minimum three-week rest period after the European Championships which is required by FIFA however and Mourinho gave him extra time off not taking him with the squad on their China tour.

United lost against Borussia Dortmund 4-1 in Beijing and the clash against rivals Manchester City did not even go ahead due to adverse weather conditions.

Ibrahimovic could star against Salford in United’s next friendly. The club is co-owned by former United stars including Gary Neville who recently send out the following tweet.

United then return to Ibrahimovic’s country of origin Sweden where they will take on Turkish giants Galatasaray in Goteburg on July 30.

The experienced may just be waiting to play his first game back home but has yet to confirm when he will actually make his debut for the Old Trafford.
