Ilkay Gündoğan has revealed that he has held talks with both the Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich and the La Liga champions Barcelona.
The 24-year-old went onto state that no decision has been made regarding his future.
“We are holding talks yes, but no decision has been made. I can’t say more than that on this,” Gündoğan replied when asked whether he was learning Catalan or Bavarian.
Barcelona struck a ‘verbal agreement’ with the German outfit Borussia Dortmund for their in-demand midfielder Gündoğan according to Barca Blaugranes.
However, Bayern Munich have returned to the race with a late €25 million bid plus Pierre-Emile Hoejbjerg according to the former Norwegian international and Bundesliga expert Jan Aage Fjortoft.
