Turkish newspaper Hurriyet have claimed that Nani will instead arrive on Thursday to put pen to paper on a deal with the Yellow Canaries.
Talks between his agent Federico Pastorello and Fenerbahçe sporting director Giulliano Terraneo were held last week ended with an agreement being reached.
Fenerbahçe have made Manchester United an €8 million offer on a four-year deal worth approximately €3.5 million according to the Sun.
The Yellow Canaries have also been linked with a loan move for United winger Adnan Januzaj and have been in talks with Robin van Persie.
Nani still has three-years left on his contract with United but fell out of favour with former Red Devils manager David Moyes and was loaned out by his replacement Louis van Gaal.
The 28-year-old winger won four Premier League titles. the Champions League and World Club Cup with United.
