Manchester United winger Nani will wear the number 17 shirt for Fenerbahçe according to the Sabah newspaper.
The club have stated that Nani will arrive in Istanbul today at 18:00 (GMT) at the Sabiha Gökçen airport in Istanbul.
Nani is expected to be welcomed by hundreds if not thousands of Fenerbahçe supporters upon landing in Istanbul.
The 28-year-old will undergo a medical with the club before being unveiled in an official signing ceremony over the next few days.

The Portuguese international is set to join for an undisclosed fee on a four-year deal worth €3.975 million, according to a close Turkish-football.com source.
Fenerbahçe are also in talks with Nani’s United teammate Robin van Persie and have agreed personal terms with the Netherlands international.
Nani will become the Yellow Canaries seventh transfer of the transfer window after Simon Kjaer, Fernandao, Şener Özbayraklı, Abdoulaye Ba, Fabiano and Josef De Souza.
