Manchester City v Barcelona: Confirmed Starting Line-ups – Arda Turan on the bench

Manchester City welcome Barcelona to the Etihad hoping to make up for their 4-0 defeat against the La Liga champions at the Nou Camp.

Barcelona boss Luis Enrique will be without Iniesta, Pique and Alba who are all out injured.

Enrique decided to drop Turkish international Arda Turan to the bench with Gomes getting the nod in midfield where Iniesta would have played – alongside Rakitic and Busquets.

The MSN – Neymar, Messi and Suarez – will start upfront and the defence will be comprised of Sergio, Mascherano, Digne and Roberto.

City boss Pep Guardiola has decided to field a full strength squad with Germany international of Turkish origin Ilkay Gundogan starting in midfield.

Guardiola will also start star players Sergio Aguero and Kevin de Bruyne going into the game.

City are unbeaten in the their last 12 games at home – an unbeaten run stretching all the way back to March but Barcelona have won all three games in the Champions League so far this season.
