Galatasaray have been linked with the Manchester United winger Antonio Valencia.

The Turkish edition of Goal.com have stated that the Ecuadorian international could be used in a part exchange deal for Fernando Muslera.

The Turkish newspaper Takvim have stated that Manchester United are interested in a move for the Uruguay international. Louis van Gaal’s side are keeping tabs on the Uruguay international in case David de Gea moves to Real Madrid.

Valencia has provided three assists in 35 appearances for Manchester United in all competitions and has two years remaining on his contract with the Red Devils.

The 29-year-old has previously played for Wigan, Villareal, Huelba and Nacional. The United winger has made 75 appearances for the Ecuador national team.

Valencia can play at right back, right midfield or in the attacking right midfield positions.

Galatasaray won the league title for a record 20th time last season and booked a place in next seasons Champions League group stages.
