The newspaper report claims that Nani will arrive in Istanbul this evening and undergo a medical before completing the transfer.
Fenerbahçe are expected to unveil the Portuguese international in a signing ceremony held tomorrow at the Topuk Yayla training grounds alongside recent Brazilian signing Fernandao.
Talks between Nani’s agent Federico Pastorello and Fenerbahçe sporting director Giulliani Terraneo are reported to have ended successfully with an agreement being reached last week.
The Sun reported that Fenerbahçe have made an €8 million bid and offered Nani a four year deal worth in the region on €3.5 million per-season.
The Portuguese international is expected to become the most highly paid player for Fenerbahçe if the transfer is finalised.
The Yellow Canaries would have completed their fourth move of the transfer window should the deal go ahead. The Istanbul giants have already signed Lille defender Simon Kjaer as well as Bursaspor duo Fernandao and Şener Özbayraklı.
