The 27-year-old has taken to social media to confirm that he has overcome his foot injury which kebt him out of last weekend’s clash with Stoke City.
Ozil posted a video of himself during training along with the caption, “I’m back!! See you tomorrow on the field!”
Ozil is expected to make a return to Arsenal’s starting line-up after missing last weekends encounter with Stoke with a foot injury.
The Gunners drew in the 27-year-old’s absence and will be hoping Ozil can add to his assist tally against Chelsea. Ozil has already provided 16 assists in the Premier League this season and is just four assists away from matching Thierry Henry’s record tally of 20.
Arsenal are currently in second place behind Leicester City but will move back to the top of the table if they can record a victory over their London based rivals tomorrow.
