Mesut Özil congratulated his Arsenal teammates following their 1-0 win against West Brom in the Premier League.
Özil posted a Tweet after the game saying, “Good job guys! Three very important points!”
Arsenal ended a two game losing streak with their win against West Brom, Danny Welbeck scored the games only goal.
The Gunners moved back into the top four following the win.
Özil is currently out injured and will not return until the new year.
The 26-year-old midfielder has faced criticism from sections of the media for his performances this season but was recently included in the 15-man midfield shortlist for the Fifa FIFPro World XI.
Özil won the World Cup with Germany this summer and lifted the FA Cup with Arsenal in his first season.
