Mesut Ozil has been ruled out of Arsenal’s clash with Stoke City in the Premier League.

The 27-year-old was left in London has has not been included in the match day squad for the Gunners.

Arsenal will be looking to bounce back from the midweek draw with Liverpool. The Gunners looked set to record a win over the Red’s but were pegged back in the final minute via a late goal.

Ozil received a rating of  7 (out of 10) for his performance on the night by WhoScored. The Germany international made three key passes and took one shot on target.

The 27-year-old has provided 16 assists and has found the back of the net twice in 26 appearances for the Gunners this season.

Arsenal can move back up to the top of the table with a win today.
