Mesut Ozil was ‘thrilled to bits’ with his Arsenal return

Mesut Ozil has admitted that he was nervous about his return to first team football on Sunday.
The world cup winner played his first game since damaging his knee ligaments during a 2-0 defeat to Chelsea in October.
“I am thrilled to bits. It feels great to be back on the pitch after such a long time on the sidelines,” Ozil stated.
“I worked hard for this moment. As I watched the matches on TV I started to get nervous, because I really wanted to play again.
Ozil has made two assists and scored one goal in ten appearances for the North-London based club this season.
Arsenal have moved into fifth position following todays victory with 36 points in 21 games.
