The metro access to the Turk Telekom Arena has been restored for Galatasaray’s UEFA Champions League Group D clash against Arsenal.
A statement on Galatasaray’s official website reads:
“The metro line to Seyrantepe will be open on Tuesday 09 December 2014 between 18:45 and 01:00 for the Champions League game between Galatasaray – Arsenal which kick’s off at 19:45”
Galatasaray have no chance of securing a place in the Champions League Last 16 or qualifying for the Europa League.
The Lions will be playing for pride however, have a good record against English opposition in Istanbul.
Galatasaray are undefeated in their last five home games against English visitors, winning three and drawing two.
