Ismail Köybaşı out for 4-6 months with injury

Ismail Köybaşı has been ruled out for 4-6 months following the injury he suffered during Turkey's International against Bulgaria.

The Beşiktaş left-back tore his left anterior cruciate ligament and will need operating on according to club physician Devrim Urgun.

Köybaşı will arrive in Istanbul to be operated on however, he's unlikely to return to match fitness until the end of the year.

The 22 year old Turkish international played 46 games for Beşiktaş this season and has 11 caps.
