Galatasaray deny interest in Arsenal FC's Andre Santos
Arsenal left back Andre Santos was reported to have turned down an offer by Galatasaray in the transfer window however, could be moving to Turkey in the summer.
Galatasaray have dismissed suggestions of an offer was made and have even denied the club interest.
The rumour stems from an erroneous report released in the Turkish press which claimed that Chief Executive Officer of Galatasaray of Lutfi Arıboğan disclosed the clubs transfer list.
In an official statement the club said, "An article was published claiming that Andre Santos is on our transfer list.
"The supposed quote that Chief Executive Officer of Galatasaray Sportif A.Ş, Lutfi Arıboğan, was reported as saying is a total fabrication.
"Mr Arıboğan has not disclosed any information regarding our transfer policy and transfer targets with any newspaper."
Santos joined Arsenal from Fenerbahçe in 2011 for €7 million on a four-year contract. However, he has struggled for playing time this season having only made seven Premier League appearances.
The 29-year-old left back has been pushed further down the pecking order with the signing of Nacho Monreal.
