Galatasaray to hold talks with John Terry's agent
Galatasaray will hold talks with John Terry's agent Paul Nicholls in London according to Sporx.
The Lions are reported to be in the process of trying to reach a pre-contract agreement for next season when Terry's current contract expires.
Terry has started every Premier League game for the Blues this season however, the club have a policy of offering no more than one-year contract extensions to any players over-30.
Chelsea have yet to open contract talks with Terry and are yet to make a decision on his future.
Asked last month about the prospect of staying, Terry said: “The most important thing is playing. We don’t really know [about the contract]. But now I’m playing well. Hopefully everything else takes care of itself.”
Despite being closely linked with Terry, Galatasaray have denied interest in the England international in the past and due to the foreign player restrictions brought in by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) this season.
