Neymar thanks Turkish fans [divider]
Brazil national team star Neymar thanked Turkish fans for their hospitality during his stay in the country via Instagram.
The Selecao ended up beating Turkey 4-0 in the International friendly played at the Şükrü Saracoğlu stadium.
Neymar scored a brace and setup Willian for the third goal of the evening.
Neymar also said that Turkish fans will always have a special place in his heart.
“I want to thank everyone,” Neymar said.
“To be honest I never thought I would hear my name being chanted from the stands but it was amazing.
“It was a really emotional experience.
“Turkey will always have a special place in my heart after this.”
Neymar has now scored a total of 42 in 59 senior international appearances.
